This includes TWO sheets I created and used to help memorize the Static and Dynamic Assessment Distortion Patterns and the OPT Model Summary and passed the NASM CPT7 (2022) by finding and creating patterns within the information. 

I would not have passed if I didn't create these these cheat sheets to memorize all of this information and I'm happy to share it with you too!
